Sheetz - Murrysville

Make sure to check your order before you leave. I waited over 20 minutes for my drive-thru order, only to receive the order of the person in front of me, who ended up leaving without paying due to the wait. I informed the person at the payment window about the mix-up, thinking they would cancel the order. Now I'm stuck with $2 worth of food when I actually paid for around $10 worth.

I hope the employees at Sheetz were just having an off day because our orders were a complete mess. Both my husband and I experienced issues: some items that were supposed to be toasted weren't, there were missing items, some were burnt, and others were undercooked. It was quite disappointing. On the plus side, we didn’t receive any extra fries or surprises, so I guess that’s a small win. Establishments like this can be hit or miss. I’ll probably stop by again the next time I’m in the area, hoping for a more consistent experience. It might be a while before I return, but I will update my review then.

I've used my fair share of restrooms during my travels, and this one definitely has the best bathroom I've ever had the pleasure of using. So if you're driving to or from Pittsburgh and find yourself in need of a stop, I highly recommend this one!

They gave me burned hot dogs. I have e-mailed and never heard again. They apologized and sent me a Mro.

Overall, it was pretty disappointing. However, there wasn’t any random extra charge, so that was a small plus. Places like this can be hit or miss, so I might give it another try next time. Hopefully, the quality improves. It may be a while before I return, but I’ll be sure to provide an update.
