The restaurant itself is lovely and charming. I had previously had a dish that didn't thrill me, but had the penne bolgnese last night and it was delicious! It had a great flavor, with a lot of meat in the sauce. I opted for the mushroom soup instead of salad and it was very good. Our waitress was super friendly and perfectly attentive. First, our waitress was awesome! None of this is her fault. I?m pretty sure she was by herself at 5pm on a Sunday. My wife is handicap, so the figuring out how to get in when you?re from out of town was more difficult than I?d like to admit. But once wegot in, things seemed great. Very quiet atmosphere (almost too quiet) but chalked that up to 5pm on a Sunday and not a lot ofpeople. There were 3 other families in the restaurant. We ordered our food and it took much longer than it should have in ouropinion. We waited for over 20 minutes for our salads, 35 for our appetizer and well over an hour for our actual food, which wasa nightmare considering we had a 6 year old with us. The waitress was great, I wished she had checked a few more times on drinksbut she seemed very busy the whole time. The food was pretty good when we got it, although I think the garlic cheese bread is alittle misleading. It?s just a French loaf cut into 1/4 in slices with cheese on top, no discernible garlic.

Delicious food... Veal Marsala was fantastic, manicotti, lasagna, carbonara all great... ziti and tortellini good, but not their best offerings. Zucchini cream soup was also a highlight, and the chocolate mousse cake.
