Starbucks - Muscatine

Placed an order online chocolate cookie crumble frappucino then picked up 20mn later. The whole drink was watery. The drink was watery , barely cold and nothing frozen. The whiiped cream was completely melted in the drink.Starbucks Muscatine needs to do better. Paid 6bucks for water

I typically drink my coffee at home but my daughter thinks she needs over-priced coffee so we stopped. The iced Hazelnut coffee was pretty good.

The hot chocolate was terrible. As my son said, you can't even taste the chocolate, tastes just like hot water. Starbucks management needs to make a trip to Java House in Iowa City that place knows how to make good hot chocolate.

I love Starbucks. The staff are always helpful and polite. The store was nice and clean.

I like this store. I like the employees and think they work hard, they are nice and that says a lot these days. However ... I 'd like to suggest the manager not take the large six top table to conduct Starbucks business; conduct trainings, converse with staff behind counter about schedules, staffing, inventory forms, etc. from 20 ft away . I had to move to get away from the distraction of these conversations, only to then have another manager conduct an interview at the table next to me....while two other employees took breaks at two other tables. Maybe it was just a bad time to be there, 930-10am on a Monday ? When the employees take over a retail space like this, it is not inviting for customers. Employees seemed totally oblivious that this was not their private living room.
