Jack's - Muscle Shoals

Great breakfast! They had more options than most other dining places. The staff was wonderful, although there was one employee in the back who wasn't as pleasant. Overall, a positive experience!

- yes. was asked to repeat the order several times and I repeated several times the same wise and they still got it wrong. I guess they have to have a free day, but that just has to be when I get thru, because the last 4 times I went to them have messed up my order. I'm going somewhere else from now on.

I really love the iced coffee here. It's a great value compared to other places where they claim to offer a large size, but it often looks much smaller and costs a lot more. The large iced coffee at Jack's is actually as big as it should be!

My experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone helping us. One of the workers even licked their finger while handling the food, which was incredibly unappetizing. I don't think I will return, especially since the employee had hair extensions that looked unkempt. Overall, it was a very unsanitary experience.

Food is always better at this one than the one in Sheffield. Never have any issues here and staff is very friendly no matter the time of day!
