McDonald's in Florence always makes a hard day easy Great Chow fresh hot coffee I can always turn to them when I'm in need of a stress reliever in my day

I usually have breakfast atMcDonalds each day. Most of the time they are prepared but occasionally they can't get the restaurant prepared with a full menu early in the morning.

First off, I don’t eat this trash. Nobody should. But the reason im here now is about the expired meat y’all serve. GROOSSSSSSSS!!!! Fired the girl for reporting it? Sheesh. She needed to be promoted.

I was visiting someone in Florence Alabama and I went inside this morning about10:15am. The lady with shoulder length salt and pepper hair with glasses was unbelievably RUDE!!! I was looking at the menu and she said very rudely, we use the Kios to place orders. She did not offer to help or ask if I needed help. Then I had to leave my order to go to the drink machine and get a drink holder, cause she didn't want to give me one. Out of all the jobs I've had in life, I have never been rude to people even on a bad day. Everyone that came in behind me, was being talked to rudely also. It made one customer leave. I would have left to, but, I was buying for someone else.

Florence use to have some of the best McDonalds around, but this past year or so they’ve taken a nose dive. I’ve seen the dining rooms closed at 10am, 8pm, very unpredictable. Drive thru wrapped around building and 6 cars waiting on food. Find another option till the get their act together.
