The spirit of Charnette was rare and necessary and her conversation was edifying. The menu was just a bonus. She was informative and helpful and she really understands nutrition and what the body and mind needs. The chai tea was excellent and the smoothie bowls was the best I?ve ever had! Made with quality ingredients and you can taste it. I really appreciated the delicate attention to my lifestyle and the things my body may require to sustain my lifestyle. Thank you for blessing me with this encounter and I will be returning. Even if I?m not in the area, I plan on traveling back to this establishment.
