Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The Zaxby's in Muscle Shoals is awful and the staff are rude. I waited in line for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me, so I had to drive up to the window. The woman there told me to go back and wait again, even though I had already waited for 10 minutes. I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I didn't have time to wait any longer or go somewhere else with long lines. I ended up not having lunch at all. If they had a longer lunch break, it wouldn't have been a problem, but now I have no time to eat anywhere else.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. They consistently get my order correct and the staff is always friendly. Because of this, they are always busy.

This restaurant is always great for a quick snack. I highly recommend trying the Nibblerz meal.

The food was good. I tried the salad for the first time and it was worth the money. they give you a pretty good piece. definitiw will go back and get an salate. the service was just ok. they had someone who must have been new and didn't know what to do, but that's understandable if someone needs to learn a new job or position.

This location can definitely be back and forth on quality of food. However, with that said I have not had anything too terrible here. Just tends to not be that fresh at times and I will say their Texas toast generally is bad (never toasted... like literally never). I think they have a high turnover in staff which probably makes it difficult to continuously be training someone new so totally understand the times. But overall I think they do well here. Greeted with a smile and generally pretty quick!
