Every time I'm in the staff is great and the food is great! Tanya is a big server and bartender! very friendly attentive : Lyndsey is friendly and remembers what I drink and my favorite order. The hostess is fast to let you sit and the managers seem to really take care of the guests and the staff.

My recent experience with Applebees was AMAZING! Shelly greeted me at the door and was so inviting. My waiter name was Jaren and she was the best. Both were so helpful and friendly.

Ordered a catering size portion of spin dip, and although the dip itself as well as the containers of chips were smaller than when I ordered them in grand haven a few weeks ago, I was still impressed by how quickly they had the order ready and by how kind and helpful Rose was. I had an online coupon that wasn’t working with the website, and she still honored it for me in the store. I really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to go out of her way for me. Wonderful experience. I placed a complex order by phone and everything was delicious! It was ready for pickup on time. The coleslaw was missing but we had so many tasty sides we had plenty to eat. The Honey BBQ sauce is a family favorite and those baby back ribs melt in your mouth!
