I don't mind paying for what I want, but when I got home and opened the sweet and sour sauce, it wasn't actually sauce—it was just a juice, and it was barely half full. As for the shrimp fried rice, it had no vegetables at all; it was just shrimp and rice, and it was dry. When I poured the juice in an attempt to add flavor, all it did was make the chicken soggy, leading me to throw the whole meal away—it was a complete waste. The egg roll looked like it had been sitting around for ages before being fried again right before it was bagged. It was overcooked, and when I bit into it, it was gummy and chewy. I am just incredibly disappointed.
Idk how this place got 4 stars. I only went once. Today. Don't expect I'll be back. I ordered fried rice. Thought I'd play things safe. Got this weird yellow rice with no flavor equally weird flavorless, chewy meat. This is not the place to get decent take out. It was cheap.
Food was mid as best, same with service. No dishes or silverware, all of it is plastic serves in boxes and bags. Should not even be open for dine in. Kid-friendliness: No highchairs, in fact barely any chairs.
Hands down the best Chinese in Muskegon! Crab ragoons and lo mein rock every single time! I’ve tried a lot of places in the area and these guys do not disappoint!
When I got it back to my hotel, I discovered that the pork fried rice that came with my meal was just plain yellow rice. The pork lo mein and General Tso's chicken were both quite bland. Unfortunately, this experience will likely be my last visit to this restaurant.
