Fazoli's - Muskegon

So they see me and my partner using the kiosk and check out everyone else who came in behind us and fail to tell us it's not working. Then when I asked excuse me is this not working they said yeah it's not working and I asked if I could check out with them and they said they were backed up and I'd have to wait and I stood in line the only person in line for ten minutes as they ignored me and the phones.

The past 4-6 time (in past year) we have ordered from the Muskegon Fazolis they short us on breadsticks every time. We would get fazolis more often but not when we get shorted everytime. Tonight we ordered 5 meals with 2 breadsticks each (10 breadsticks), we ordered an extra 18 due to having family in town tomorrow and they like them with their pasta. Once we got home and started handing food out once again we were shorted. We got 18 breadsticks. We called previous time and only get an apology. Between our last few visit we have been shorted over $30 worth of breadsticks. It’s should be considered theft when everytime they short us. It can just be us being shorted.

Stopped in for dinner with my 2 kids tonight. The two girls working the front counter and the floor were so patient and polite and kind. Especially with my kids. So refreshing with how friendly they were. Wish I would've got their names, so coming here instead. I was truly blown away by their service tonight! Thank you so much!

Just stopped to grab 4 lunch specials and the rude women couldn't seem to grasp the concept that we wanted 4 SEPARATED lunch specials for our 4 kids instead we got two meals usually have no issue getting lunch for my kids but will not be returning ever again now have to buy more food for my other 2 kids waste of time and terrible service!!

Great place an have lunch at. We usually have trent and he is always so nice an helpful.
