Little Caesars Pizza - Muskegon

Good cheap food for the family very bussy location. I've been waiting for my order for up to 45 minutes. I have observed that othe customers have to correct orders I had placed my order in the warmer whale setting in the lobby because the counter supervisor whal my order has been changed and the cook did not bathe to name my name. I wait for my order when a counter that was ordered after me was called after his order when I found out what had happened.

Waiting for an hour (it would be 10 min) only for a pepperoni cheese stick in 20 min they did not know they did it and said we will start there now give us 20, ok no problem? I come back and your look at me like you don't know what I was talking about and didn't want to give me my job after I've already paid and waited for 40 minutes, but they finally remembered what I'm talking about and started to make 1 cheese stick that should be started 2 times ago, waited 30 minutes and it's finally done? no apology seemed like it was completely normal not even to start an order you said you were 3 times and make people wait an hour?. Service has pumped to waste

Don't worry. Place is terrible now. Running from a bunch of children, disorganized, dirty and pizza is hardly cooked any more, even if you ask for well done. Raw dough tasting Floppy Pizza is simply not good.

I wouldn't give stars if possible. I made an online order for a deep dish and filled crust at 16:00 and set the pickup time for 5:00. I thought that was enough time. I was wrong. I came at 4:55 and didn't get my pizza until 5:58!!! I wasn't the only one. There were several other people waiting so long. The lady who worked the counter was nice, but obviously did not know how to do her job, and I noticed that she dropped several pizzas on the floor before putting them into the pizza portal. You hardly put cheese on my pizza!!! It was incredible and it's safe to say that I will never return. Don't come here! It's an hour of your life you'll never come back

Manager is unable to control young rude staff, doesn't even attempt to have any expectations and just stays in the back. Talks bad about customers. Let's employees quit and takes them back to be the cool boss. Employee opened box of pizza and started picking at it. Never had such an out of control experience. Ordered 15min before I showed up. They were rude and dismissive when I walked in. Then finally after 5min they realized they never made my food. The manager never apologized to me and the employees made inappropriate comments and then lied on me. Something is very rotten at this location, corporate, come help these people. They are delusional. (Don't pretend to have any type of standards when you are listening to a 17yr old with obvious problems).
