Mcdonald's - Muskegon

I wouldn't eat here if someone paid me. This is a perfect example of a skee town establishment. Lobby isn't opened. I'd be ashamed to work here for sure

Very unpleasant, they lost my service at this restaurant, messed up my order, manager was very rude, spent $55 for 4 people (decent for the amount I was supposed to get) only got like $30 worth of my order and the manager was rude and refused to go off of my order receipt I got emailed to me because I ordered online and they never gave me a paper receipt.

I don’t know what has changed in the last few months at this location..but it has gone way downhill. Service and food are both hit and miss now. Why do they pull every single car forward to wait? Even for drinks?? And if there is no car behind me? I just heard the younger guy working drive thru drop the F-Bomb as well. 2/29/24, 6:40 pm. What a mess. He’s bringing out food to 4 cars at once…all the bags just crammed in his arms. He asked me “what you have?” After I told him, he tossed me a bag. No fries with my order. Had to yell out the window to get him to come back with the rest of my order. As another lady was yelling…asking for her shake. Won’t be back.

This location always tends to mess up my order so I generally go to another location in town.

Order was messed up. I said Crispy McChicken only mayonnaise and somehow I got pickle with no mayonnaise. How does that work? And then I try to call phone rings 350 times and no one picks up horrible service.
