Panera Bread - Muskegon

What a wonderful, warm, fuzzy, friendly place to eat in Muskegon. When you go into the doors, you will be greeted with warm friendly smiles and a pleasant setting. As one above the truck driver of Pa gives me not much interaction with others during the week and food choices are very limited due to Covid. Panera bread is my main source of nutrition and food while I'm away from home 2 weeks at a shot. A hot meal and a friendly conversation is what I am looking forward to going my food as I work for a company 1 mile away. I just wanted to come out and say how blessed I am to get a healthy food that is hot and with a sweet treat for dessert. From a small trucker to my favorite place to eat in Muskegon, thank you. Your warm fuzzy atmosphere is very relaxing and your smiles are such a nice touch. What can I say I am a big fan and love to support a business that evaluates its customers as well as the employees. Mr., please bless the owners, employees and customers in Panera. Wrap your loving arms around them while they travel to and from work and eat. We wanted to use our Sips Club. Your coffee is pretty good. Her almond milk is pretty good and doesn't taste sweet. My daughter got a regular ice cream coffee with half sugar. I think most places have a sugar syrup for the ice cream coffee....not here. You open mini packs with sugar and pour it into your cup. 1. Looks a bit of touch for this pandemic world and 2. It does not melt quickly in cold coffee, so you need to change and take time to mix it. This can be creepy and time-consuming when you run late. We also got a chocolate croissant that was super bad and outraged expensive.

Nice clean shop, decent service. I remove my rant from the gothic Asian Chicken Salad (cilantro, tons of it). But this and most other paneras will be happy to make it for you without cilantro. This place is my standard hangout when I put someone on the street for a medical appointment. Great atmosphere.

I usually do not write reviews unless someone has gone out of the way consistently and provided a great customer experience(or worst ever. In this case, I am very satisfied with the type 'Brad' that treats my order and concerns every time. He has corrected and fixed problems and inaccuracies with a "SMILE" on his face every time. This guy makes Panera Bread look good. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality food, service and customers concentrated staff.

Love the food, love the service. Even with the covid staffing, my order was on time and fixed just right. I order the chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich and iced tea. Yum! I only like the regular unsweetened iced tea. The others are too fancy for me. This location has a wonderful staff friendly, helpful and efficient.
