Qdoba Mexican Eats - Muskegon

Better than Chipotle! This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always consistent, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well-stocked. I highly recommend it!

QDoba is similar to Chipotle, but in my opinion, it’s much better. The meat is fresher and noticeably less dry than what you find at Chipotle, and they even have a brisket option. Their sides taste much fresher compared to other Mexican restaurants that serve bowls and similar dishes. They also have plenty of vegetarian choices available. Plus, you get free chips and salsa with your meal, which is a nice touch. They serve Coke products and other non-alcoholic drinks, featuring a modern touch-screen soda machine. The dining area is spacious, providing ample seating, making it a perfect spot for a quick meal with friends, family, or just by yourself. Additionally, they offer a fantastic selection of hot sauces near the cutlery station.

Ordered here because I was craving a good quesadilla and saw they had the cheese crispy one that looked tasty. When I got it, only a tiny part was crispy cheese. The rest was.....melted I guess. It made the quesadilla soggy/wet and soft. I attached a picture and you can see it does not look like the advertised. This is not the ideal texture of a quesadilla. I was disappointed it wasn't as pictured or expected. Chips and queso were pretty good. I didn't taste any lime juice on the chips and the salt was unevenly applied at best. I am assuming they were busy and rushing things. Would probably eat here again, but would ask employees to take their time and not rush the quality.

This was the worst Qdoba I have been to. The staff kept laughing and talking to each other while I was trying to order, and wouldn?t listen to what I was saying. When I started to ask for something else on my bowl, the girl that was doing my order started putting the lids on. I asked for pico and she just left and went to the back.

This place has went down pretty bad. The customer service isn?t the best the person ringing my food up was eating mid conversation a cookie to be exact alongside the customer service being mid the cleanliness was bare minimum the floor looks disgusting the food isn?t neat overall just not the best.
