We didn't have a Brew, but it looks like they knew what they were doing. We had the pizza. We ordered the Jack White. Whole garlic, roasted tomatoes, chicken and basil. The crust was great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and come back.
Fucking pizza! They offer very unique cakes, but the flavor combinations work seriously. If you are a fan of simpler taste, you can also get any classic pizza. Whenever I go to a new pizza place, I hope for what I call the “Ninja Turtle” cheese effect, as I pull the first slice away from the cake. Sure enough, my first bite to the fresh hot pizza left a trace of delicious, stringy cheese that pulled away from the slice. In addition, the event is a ton of fun. It has a recovered industrial look. Not to mention the customer service was really worried, clear and even funny.
This pizza place was very unforgettable. I love the special crust! Nice big room to hang up and eat. A great way to end the fun day! Great coffee and beer. Many great pizza choices, especially loved Thai pizza! So unique and worth the 1.5 hours drive back!! IG @mitlovefrommiche Follow me for Michigan eats!
I love a Hawaiian pizza I had just said how hard it is to find a pizzeria that uses pineapple rings instead of broken pieces. Then, BAM!, I go for lunch in Rebel Pies, which makes a Polynesian farmer on the next level! The bacon, proscuitto, pineapple goat cheese combination is absolutely make-you-dance-in-your-seat fabulous! Combined with a pint of 'Murican Brown Rye from Unruly 's Brewing Co. Bonus: It lost a 90-minute drive a reheat a few hours later.
Rebel Pies pizza is a great place for some amazing pizza, and craft beers. Live music and other entertainment, modern atmosphere, pretty laid back not much else to be said. Had a great time, try it out.
