Starbucks - Muskegon

My daughters 10 and she loves this place! If I ask if she wants to go a place, you know what's coming from her mouth! STARBUCKS!!! Service is great and coffee and cold drinks are great. It's just a fun place to visit.

Despite the long line in passing it went very quickly and smoothly. However, we got a barista that was not very friendly and was actually quite rude, but she would have had a bad day. All in all, it was not a terrible experience and the drinks are never failed!

The Barista, who worked the cashier at 2/25/22 at 3 p.m., was dreadfully disregarded by two customers in a row. She treated both situations with such grace, and I hope she is acknowledged to navigate these situations. Even after these encounters, she had a smile and was very friendly when I approached the counter.

After I stopped almost every morning for a year at this point, I no longer came on my way. I was in the area this morning and stopped, and the Barista remembered the ride through the window and had very pleasant conversation with me wondered where I was and only retrieved. It was so refreshing when I could see her! As I wish, I knew her name as I would thank her for her excellent customer service. It really did my day. EDITED TO ADD: Your name is Renati (sp?
