Disgusting short Round woman with blue and pink hair and glasses no joke index finger straight dug in her ear walked right over to the food prep line and started prepping buns for orders. I blew up and got my money back. Never eat here if you see this woman. by far the most discussing thing I’ve ever seen done by someone making food. This woman has no place in the food industry. Fire her.

Ernesto has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Braums location, and I love Braums. Burger 10/10 fries 10/10 Ernesto’s customer service 11/10

The stores very dirty. Not one clean table and the Manager was very hateful.

Food was good, ice cream delicious. Had a young woman wait on me for food and a young man for ice cream and both very friendly and great attitudes.

The food is good if you enjoy food poisoning. The ice cream is actually disgusting. The frozen yogurt is the only reason I come here. It's delicious and affordable. but don't come here. The guy working there gave me a blue jolly rancher random but very kind. Overall the food is awful so is the ice cream froyo is awesome and staff is good.
