The food is still delicious. The prices are still fair. The fresh tortillas are the bomb! Making me hungry just remembering. Try it out. Our first time here chips, salsa and cheese were good. we like to order a court and share it. well, there is a fee of $5 plus for the exchange, so we have decided to order the double. Now, 4 sides are great, but the bark meat is not so much double, but double! very little paprikahappen place and busy, rolling people in and out.
I found this place in a forgotten area of Mustang, nestled amongst some storage units, tucked behind an Italian restaurant. Arrived for dinner on a Sunday around 6 pm. The place was packed but there were 2 empty tables. The owner greeted me at the door and cleaned my table and swept the floor. The server, Chrystal, showed up quickly with complimentary warm chips, fresh salsa and house made queso and took my drink order. She also mentioned that they make fresh tortillas in-house so those also were samples. This was my first time here so I asked for a recommendation. She suggested the beef fajitas. The meal comes with 2 sides, so I chose the ranchero-style Chino beans and the creamed corn.Everything was delicious. The skirt steak was well seasoned and tender. The creamed corn was exactly as it should have been. The beans had bacon and peppers and they were not dry. I'm a pretty big eater and I still had leftovers. After the meal was over, they brought sopapillas, which came with the meal as well. Well. They were served with honey and cinnamon sugar. My bill came out to $29 which included two beers, Dos Equis Amber. If you are looking for a place to take someone that you want to be friends with for a long time, I recommend going here. The food and the service were excellent.
