The waiter (or owner? , who then served us after that, was more friendly, but very insecure and somewhat unhappy. Normally, you ask the guest whether the food was in order if you want to know it; just when you just took the place and new guests come. What I found very cruel was the music. That was a typical shallow piano bar geklimper. Time and again! To arrange a music event, we reserved the restaurant. As expected, the guest room was well visited and all tables reserved. Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed, a card we received after 35 min. We could place our order after another quarter of an hour. We chose the musical show because it should be available quickly. Beverages and salads were drawn, the main course 90 min. after we arrived. These long waiting times had all the guests sitting around us and were dissatisfied as we were. Despite several memories, a person in the neighboring table did not receive food, order was completely forgotten. Surprisingly, guests were accepted without reservation. They were served immediately at a rushing table and were ready for food before most guests got their drinks. complaints were simply ignored, the managing director was allegedly not there!!! Fortunately, I ordered our bill while I served the main course, so we came to the show in time. Most guests had to pay at Theke Snake. By the way, the food was lukewarm and quite fade.
