Bikano Food Court - Muzaffarnagar

On 08.04.2017 we 7 people were coming from dehradun at 7:30pm bus and we were going towards delhi in Uttar Pradesh State Transport Volvo bus number UP32-2771 so our bus stopped at Bikano Food Court around 10:30pm and we all 7ppl ate at your hotel but when we were about to go to pay the bill so we were in rush because all other passengers were already gone so in a hurry I paid the amount without seeing the items that was served to us, so after one hour when I noticed so I got to know that you charged bill of items which we never ordered that was table number 7 bill. Our bill was of table number 4 and in this bill also everything is correct except 7 butter scotch milk shake with ice cream which we ordered only 3 but you have charged for 7 as you can see in the bill am posting. So I need the money back asap which were wrongly charged from me. The amount that was wrongly charged from me was Rs.1552/-.Plus tax on Rs.480 that comes Rs.98.40/- so total will come Rs.1650.40/-. This can't be tolerated and such a harassment with the public who comes at your restaurant to eat food and how such kind of big blunder from Bikano.

This is a pleasant place with food chain. Now they have bikani, subway, pan cafe and one chai thela.

Have good menu but expensive and service is very poor. We ordered Dal and he got in 2 minutes. vegetables and dal are pre cooked they just heat up and give us and when we ask to make fresh dal with tadka they refused and said eat or order something else. Its better to eat junk food outside bikano and some ice cream

The food court offers a variety of options, such as North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese cuisine. We decided to have lunch here and ordered Jalebi, Masala Dosa, Masala Tea, Onion Masala Dosa, and Rava Masala Dosa. All of the dishes were satisfactory. Parking is accessible and there is also a Subway in the same complex. The only downside is the condition of the restrooms.

Food is average as to price but employees behaviour is very poor they behave according to your order size and they have no manners how to talked to anyone. If you want talking with them then they argue with you also
