Burger King - Myrtle Beach

The service was great, but the Whopper patties were the smallest I’ve ever seen—I think McDouble patties are bigger! It was disappointing because I really enjoy this Burger King.

I ordered three Impossible Whoppers and a Steakhouse burger. Unfortunately, they got all four items wrong. After I sent them back, the staff took another five minutes to correct the mistakes, but instead of remaking the burgers, they disassembled the wrong ones and changed some of the condiments. By the time I received my order again, the burgers were stone cold and still incorrect. It's incredible how some Burger King locations don't seem to offer proper training for their staff.

The food was delicious, but it took a bit longer to arrive than expected, presumably to ensure it was freshly prepared. Overall, it was still a good experience!

Every day I come through for lunch..and wanted to take a minute to express my Thanks to this location for their wonderful customer service. The staff is THE BEST I have ever seen at a location and this is THE BEST location at the beach. They are friendly and fast!

I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone. There were flies dead on the windows and on the tables. There was drink spilled all over the floor and water was dripping from the ceiling on to us while we were eating. And there was no air conditioning and they were out of a lot of food and after we ordered they would not refund our money. I would give them an F in grading. I have posted pictures so you can see what kind of a disaster the place is in.
