Burgerfi - Myrtle Beach

As soon as we stepped inside, we overheard a customer enthusiastically praising the server for her excellent service and raving about the best burger he had ever tasted! I told him how happy I was to hear that, especially since it was our first visit. He wasn't exaggerating! We ended up bringing home more fries than we actually consumed while there. We ordered fries topped with garlic, parmesan, and aioli sauce, and they were absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning!

I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, and we absolutely loved it! They have the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had. I can't wait to go back as soon as I hit the beach again.

When she finally brought our burgers, they were cold. We were so hungry that we decided to eat them anyway. However, the fries and the "cry and fry" we ordered hadn’t been served along with the burgers, so we asked about them. After a brief wait, a different staff member, presumably the manager on duty, brought us five onion rings (three large, two small) and fries topped with cheese sauce instead of the parmesan and herb fries I had requested. When my husband inquired about the "cry and fry," the employee mentioned that all the orders had gotten mixed up in the kitchen and reassured us we received extra onion rings. Neither the waitstaff nor the manager offered to correct the mistakes. The waitstaff pointed out that another table had taken our "cry and fry" order and then asked if we wanted to place an order for another one. We declined, as we were disappointed with the manager's response and didn’t want to prolong our visit any longer.
