Chestnut Hill - Myrtle Beach

Tonight at Chestnut Hill Restaurant. The service was fast and very friendly. The food was excellent. The meal with cheesy cookies and mini-blueberry muffins was incredible. Meal also came a super salad, it had great toppings and many homemade dressing options. 6/5 stars definitely.

What a great place to dinner. Beautiful pond view of water birds and turtles. Exceptional food starting with cheese biscuits and bite size muffins. Excellent homemade salad dressing. The entries were delicious. Try the Shrimpers plate. Great and friendly staff.

Fantastic restaurant! Fast service and best are they really nice people. Most of their dressings, pastries, rolls of desserts are homemade. I highly recommend them. You have to try.

Kastanien Hill delicious cookies and muffins for beginners. The view of the lake complements the entire ambience of the dining area. The food was very delicious and the service was very good.

I seldom offer five stars for a restaurant unless the experience was truly exceptional, and Chestnut Hill was every bit exceptional! The restaurant is nestled beside a pond with an elegant dining room and a great view of the water. They started us off with fresh baked Cheesy Biscuits and Blueberry Mini Muffins that melted in our mouths. For an appetizer we got the She Crab Sherry Soup. It was creamy and full of flavor. The sherry came thru without overpowering the delicate she crab. Next was a garden salad with the most scrumptious house made Honey Lime dressing. The dressing took the fresh salad ingredients to another level. For the main event, my wife had the Salmon Shrimp Provencale grilled Salmon with a Shrimp Scampi sauce served over Mushroom Spinach Ravioli. It was fantastic. I couldn’t decide between the fresh Flounder or the 12oz Angus Ribeye so the waiter found a way to give me both! The Flounder was tender and flaky and the Ribeye grilled to a perfect medium rare was flavorful and fork tender. We topped it off with a slice of authentic Key Lime pie that was out of this world! Chestnut Hill isn’t inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth every penny of the cost. If you visit North Myrtle Beach and want a great dining experience, you’ll not be disappointed at Chestnut Hill.
