Dave Buster's Myrtle Beach

Our server, Grey, was fantastic! I had made a reservation for 7:30 and arrived just a minute early at 7:29 for a birthday celebration. When I checked in with the hostess, I was informed that our table was still being cleaned and we would be seated shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes, I followed up but received the same response. Unfortunately, the hostess wasn't very accommodating or sympathetic. During our wait, we noticed at least three groups of five being seated ahead of us. Our party consisted of twelve people. After waiting for 20 minutes, the hostess finally told me that we needed to sit at a specific table that was reserved for us but still not ready. I explained that we were flexible about where to sit and didn't understand why we couldn't occupy one of the many empty tables. When we requested to speak with a manager, we were finally seated.

We visited for a friend's birthday celebration and had a wonderful time! It was our first experience at this restaurant, and we are sure we’ll return.

We absolutely love Dave and Buster's! It's an ideal spot for the whole family. We did encounter a problem with our reservation not showing up on Open Table, but the hostess promptly located a table for our group of six. Overall, we had a fantastic evening!

Super lovely front desk help and the manager. Lovely waitress too. Great experience for all 12 of us.

Our waitress was very overwhelmed. She had alot of tables. $12 for draft beer was a bit much.
