Contribuisci feedbackWe went to 9 7 22 to nathan and had to wait. it was not the fault of the staff; the gentleman who worked the running gear thru and the whole front was very professional and although he did not say it was not his fault. the lack of the personal was the problem. I feel he's a more valuable worker and hopefully he's taking care of him.
Below really amazing. friendly staff. the type that took our order was friendly and funny. we left when we left. has not got its name
I don't understand why they don't sell almost anything on the menu online. we came with our eating already selected and when we tried to order it, they looked at us as if we were stupid and said the only burgers they have are speck and regular. but on the website there are complex and very good looking burgers. it doesn't make sense, and we were extremely upset. especially after we drove around for hours and there was nothing open except them. also their drive thru does not work. they have to order in the window.
This has to be one of the worse places on the strip. First the food is overpriced, but hey it’s a tourist town so that’s to be expected. However, they forgot part of my order and the cook had an attitude like it was my fault. I paid 30 for food and I’m wrong for wanting everything I ordered? The cook was the worst part of this experience. Not just with me but with other customers who came in after me. The lady asked if they did military discount and he literally yelled NO!!! She said I was asking her but ok….whoever manages this establishment needs to train employees in customer service. We pay too much for the food to be disrespected!!!
The cashier and cook working today 6 30 22 treated us like family. Cashier asked what hat I was wearing and I said it was old school Buffalo Sabres. Talked about football, Buffalo Bills Mafia and he said I should have been wearing my Bills hat. Wore it the day before. Food was great, great service and would come back if I visit again.
