Pizza Hut-wing Street - Myrtle Beach

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We had the lunch buffet and it was very clean bright. The salad, pizza pasta bars were very clean and well attended to the employees were friendly attentive. The price was also good!

Short and simple ordered online ordered cheese sticks got breadsticks instead, called up the store nicely cause everyone makes mistakes lady was completely rude and said that we were calling to complain then transferred me the next lady was also rude then proceeded to say it was gonna be 2 hours before they get delivered.... 2 hours?? for yalls mistake? never going here again just careless people that hate their jobs work here just so unbelievable where this society has gotten... just horrible attitudes over simple a mistake

I love Pizza Hut! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite place for pizza and it will always be. The service hear was amazing all very kind to me and very talkative. The food was amazing as always. The restaurant had such a good vibe to it. The restaurant was tiny and cozy inside and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend!

This online experience reminded me just why I haven 't ordered a pizza delivery in over 6 months. Got a $9.99 coupon and ended up spending $27 due to minimum order requirements. $5 delivery fee and then have to add a tip?! All goes Straight to the CEO 's bottom line! Repeat after me: Fighting Off Capitalism ! Regardless of quality, next 6 months I 'm back to supermarket at $5-$8 before I 'll splurge again.

Waited 45 minutes to receive a luke warm pizza. No one else was in the restaurant. The server was very nice and was kind enough to give us a 20% discount for the wait; However, we opted to take the cold pizza home to reheat (not what we planned). Our server was expected to wait tables, take and box phone orders and work the drive thru!! Ridiculous! Whoever owns/manages this franchise should hire more servers or close the dining room altogether. One employee should not be expected to cover so many areas. I seriously doubt we will return to this restaurant.
