Margaritas - MYSTIC

**Positives:** 1. The staff, especially the waitstaff, are always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I've never had a bad experience with the wonderful people who work here! 2. The restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms; it’s clear that they take pride in maintaining a tidy and well-kept environment—cleanliness is always at 100%. 3. The location is perfect! **Areas for Improvement:** 1. The food: While there's a great selection, I’ve visited three times in the past nine months, and my meals have always arrived lukewarm or cold. Not acceptable! The nacho appetizers were cold, and the main course followed—not long after placing my order, and it wasn’t even busy. 2. Drinks: There’s a great selection, but the fruit in the water or mixed drinks wasn’t fresh; sometimes the drink mixes were stronger than the actual drinks themselves. Additionally, water refills were slow for those of us who weren't having alcoholic beverages. I truly love this place and want to see it thrive. I’ll definitely be back, hoping to impress some new friends!

The food was delicious, though I wish the portions had been larger. The service was a bit slow, but I understand I arrived during a busy time. It took about 20 minutes to place our order and another 15 minutes to receive the check. We sat in the upstairs bar area, which had fun lighting with different colors, and they played some great bar and club music. The margaritas were also very tasty!

The restaurant has plenty of seating and multiple levels, making it a great option for larger groups. I visited with friends over the weekend and we ordered a round of margaritas along with some food. Sadly, not all of our food arrived, and the dishes we did receive were just average. On a positive note, I really liked that they offer margarita flights!

We were seated quickly. The food was more American tasting than Mexican but it came out quick and fresh. The margarita was really good. The only con was that we had to walk up and two flights of stairs with a stroller to enter the restaurant and there was no changing table in the restroom for babies. Server was ok. They gave these cool was strings that were really fun. The restaurant was clean and spacious.

It's located off the street with public parking few blocks away. Restaurant is on first and second floor. I am at first level. Nicely decorated with lots of artwork and nice ceilings lighting. Lime Margarita was amazing really fresh squeezed lime. Ordered Vegetarian three burritos with various filling and rice beans on side see menu photo for description. Nice Latin american Mexican music was piped in to get that exotic location feel. Service was excellent with waitress stopping by asking how's everything!
