Excellent variety of specialty foods and pastries, along with a stunning location.

My experience at Mystic Market West on February 11, 2023, was quite disappointing. When we entered the store and inquired about an item, the large man behind the counter chose to ignore us and instead assisted the customer behind us. He definitely needs to be retrained in customer service or even let go. It's important to remember that all patrons should be treated equally and with respect. On the other hand, the lady at the checkout was extremely helpful and polite, setting a great example of how customers should be treated.

Overpriced and lacking in service! I received three slices of turkey on an old roll that seemed like it was from the day before, all for nearly $9. I understand this is Mystic, but the quality of the food has really declined! A small apple juice costs almost $4, which is quite disappointing. I won’t be returning; I wish things were different. It feels like they are taking advantage of customers with these inflated prices, which I refer to as the "Mystic mark-up!"

I’m local and would honestly come more often if the staff didn’t act like they wished I wasn’t there. Straight faces and short responses. I feel like I’m annoying them. The food is sometimes delicious and sometimes meh.
