Rosati's Pizza

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! They immediately place you on hold when you call to place an order. The person answering calls is rude and like most cowards, refused to give me his name. When asked to speak to a manager he claimed “I am the manager” and threatened to block my number. Apparently, the employees at this location don’t want to actually work and refuse to take phone orders.

Terrible service and food mediocre at best. Will not go back. And beware, posted prices aren't what you get charged on top of it.

I had an unpleasant experience at Rosati's Pizza in Fountain Hills. I called to order and asked about deals, but was told there were none. Upon arriving, I found brochures with deals on the counter. The staff were rude, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall food experience was not pleasant at all I will not be going back.

Great place for solid pizza. They have gluten free options, just not vegan cheese (my daughter prefers no cheese vs vegan cheese anyway). Great service and very friendly. I e have gotten delivery and pickup and had great service and food both time.
