I don't usually leave reviews, but Nevaeh's exceptional service compelled me to share my positive experiences. Her warmth and attention to detail have truly set a high standard. Kudos to Nevaeh for making my Starbucks visits memorable, and I felt it was essential to acknowledge such outstanding customer service. During my visits, she not only remembered my regular orders but also went above and beyond to ensure accuracy, even amidst noisy birds at the drive-through. Her friendly demeanor and genuine conversation turned my stressful mornings around, making each visit a delightful experience. When coming to this location in Fountain Hills, I always hope to be able to interact with this cheerful Starbucks employee! Parking: Parking lot is small but the store is next to other retailers and there is plenty of parking available. Kid-friendliness: One of the few Starbucks’ that has a magazine/book shelf. Wheelchair accessibility: I saw 2 wheelchair accessible spaces

Too expensive. Coffee overrated. But we still partake cause we're all addicted to this place. If they raise prices one more time, I'm done.

Happy I ordered online and still get the order wrong. Frustrating when it’s delivered and I can’t just hop on back to get the correct drink no ice and guess what’s full in the cup ICE

I enjoy going through the drive thru. The people that work here are so friendly and accommodating. My drinks are made correctly and tasty every visit. Will continue my patronage here.
