Had me waiting for over 20 minutes because of a so called shift change before 3pm...but you know what? The ladies was so sweet...I'm torn!

The food wasn't as good as I expected. I've g gotten larger portions at other Captain D'

Google says they closed at 10pm, the light on the front said open, it was 15 mins before 10 pm (closing time) and yet I pull up and they said over the speaker, we’re closed…. You’re not closed, you just didn’t want to work. When we pulled in they were all sitting down in the dining room. If you close at 9:45pm then put that on google and turn off the open sign. If you close at 10pm then they refused service to a paying customer. Do better!

Friday night, during lent, and they did a shift change at 5:00. It is taking me 15 minutes to get through drive-thru to get my order.

Just left this location I had to leave a review the workers were so nice my chicken stripes were small so I took it back the lady was so nice about it got me more even when I got my food it was super hot ? I just feel good workers like the ones I came across this evening definitely should be noticed a lot of fast food places I go to have the nastiest attitudes I will definitely be back ?
