How are you always out of Sweet Tea?!? Like for almost a year every time I have come we 're out of Sweet Tea ?????!

I ordered a sandwich combo plus a biscuit, first they failed to give me a drink, then counted the cheaper biscuit as the side, so I had to pay extra for a pricier side.Edit: i told them to remove the pickles and guess what I saw when I pulled out the sandwich? PICKLES! Worst service in my life.

When did Popeye’s stop caring about the quality of their food? I mean why cook food early and leave on hold for hours and sell it? Why am I always missing something from my order? Why is the food a hit or miss on consistency and warmth? What are the supervisor’s thoughts on this? Who is the GM and why is this ok? I know as hard working employees the crew understand the value in the customer’s dollars and that we all are in a deficit! So to choose to come to your company and spend money is a responsibility on those who are hired to make sure our time and money are appreciated. I would NEVER give this restaurant another dollar. I never know what I will receive when I open the box to feed my family.

Everything was hot ...I got there at 11am so rightfully so....

The last two times I went here, they were out of supplies. First, they were out of lids for the cups. The next time, they were out of straws. Do better!
