8oz Provenza Burger is fantastic. Highly recommend. Their fries.. well let's say thats the only reason this is not 5 stars. Such an amazing burger with so much flavor needs to be accompanied by equally awesome fries, unfortunately that's the one thing they need to work on. The burger itself is worth the experience though. Really enjoyed it.

This place is the best! If you haven?t tried Diego?s food truck you are missing out. My Fiancé and I are regulars here and we are never disappointed. The ingredients are high quality and the food is farm fresh. Please make sure to make time to support this local treasure. Try the provenza burger and the steak board you won?t regret it!

If I could give Diego's 10 ? I would. Best burgers in the valley hands down. The service is top notch, which is SO IMPORTANT!

The Paella is superb, bursting with flavor! Get it on Wed nights. The service is always outstanding, very friendly and accommodating.

Hands down the best food truck in the McAllen metropolitan area. Highly recommend as their menu is not only versatile, but unbelievable quality. You won't find this anywhere else in town.
