Don Pepe's - N. McAllen

The food was so so. Very stingy on those tortillas though. We ordered an order of tortillas and they gave us one corn and one flour. The waitress had no emotion to her face definitely no customer service skills. I would name her if I would have known her name but not even that. Sadly we were a party of 5 or more and we got charged the tip that she definitely didn’t deserve. There are jobs that don’t take customer service skills she should probably find one.

Worst service ever never coming back and only one hostess has a problem with people and management is not well trained

Picked up 2 Caldo de Res thru the pickup window, the Caldo was EXCELLENT, but the restaurant skimped on the rice (2 oz serving) is too small for the Large Caldo and only 2 small corn tortillas per Caldo was the straw that broke the Camel 's back in this reviewers humble opinion. Don Pepe 's was previously a 4-star review and dropped down to a 3-star because of the above shortcomings.

Ivreally don't know which was worst the food or the music I have never tasted such terrible enchiladas I'm sorry but i will never go to this place again I can't belive I paid 20 bucks for enchiladas and a drink oh plus the tip I'm not stingy but I would not mind paying 20 bucks if thecfood was tasty all I got was a bunch of cheese.

Excellent service, I was very pleased. this place is perfect, food was perfect, service was perfect, and the architecture was beutiful!!!
