The double chicken tostada w cilantro dressing is the only thing I get here....hadn't had it for years! Oh, how I missed thee!!!

We arrived at 10:40 and they still didn't open, the person who opened the door for us was an older person who didn't even greet us and she was the one who helped us at the checkout and I greeted her and she, very serious, didn't answer me, she just asked for my order... With people like that serving you, you don't want to return.

Drove up the drive thru at 9:20pm.. I waited for about 3 minutes for someone to take my order and nothing. Silence. I thought perhaps they closed early so I moved up to drive out. To my surprise there was a car at the window waiting for their order. 3 minutes later he moved up a bit to continue waiting for his order.. I am unable to drive out due to the vehicle in front so I’m now at the window myself. I look inside and only see 2 employees working, none checking the drive thru window. After about 4-5 minutes of me just waiting there, a third employee finally approaches the window and asks if I needed something. I told him I didn’t place an order since I thought they were closed. I preferred not to order since service was obviously extremely slow! The parking lot was completely empty, one car in front of me and this was already taking a good 8-10 min. I told him I was just waiting for the vehicle to move out of the way to drive out. Waste of time. I drove down to Whataburger down the street, I had ordered curbside (while parked at pollo loco) and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Great place to get flame grilled chicken and tasty sides. The restaurant has a very cozy ambience and the employees are also very helpful and friendly too.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.
