Love tea garden!!!! Been going there for 4 years. Best boba in the valley and pho is so good

I've come to this place regularly and each time i hope the cleanliness and the speakers are fixed(they are broken and will randomly get loud and quiet which isn't good for sensory issues or ambience). The food is great! I absolutely love the pho but i've had to stop dining in due to the dirty tables. They pick up the dishes but never wipe the tables down leaving them sticky and full of crumbs. The last time i went i was given water in a cup with dirty stains on the outside. They also do have restrooms but the path to get there is not clear and is definitely not wheelchair accessible. I wish the service was better and that they cleaned up but unfortunately I think they've lost a customer.

Never going back, the young lady at the registry she did not even acknowledge us or looked at us when ordering, she was texting on her cellphone, when we asked her if she was more interested on her phone she said I 'm still listening to you , asked for manager and she said nobody was there. Floor was full of crumbs, but she was very busy answering texts.

I like how aesthetic the place really is. I like their popcorn chicken alot! Good place to study, and hangout. Would recommend!!
