Yesterday i was at this pollo tropicalThe Cashier who helped me with my orderWas totally drunkShe didnt understand at all what he was orderingI dont know if the manager likes to hire drunk people

Really very good, good service and everything clean

Chicken was not fresh on this visit; usually ok, my opinion

Why is the fresh veggies placed on the hot food making it soggy? Then I had to ask for sauces.

I love to eat pollo but I don’t what happen today my onions not fresh my rice is yuck’s like come on now… the lady in the window with the rainbow colored hair need to be retrained how to make eyes contact with customers an to be more positive also the manager that was there also peoples are paying their money to come there to only be treated like thrown away
