The whole experience from the customer service to the food was terrible. I called and asked did the have oxtails. The lady said yes. I get there and she said, oh only on the weekends.” So I inquired about what do most people get from here since it’s my first time. The lady was clearly irritated and lacked customer service skills with what I asked her. She kept interrupting me to speak to other customers while I was trying to place my order. I ordered the fried chicken, greens and Mac. The wait time was ridiculous. Finally got my food and it was TERRIBLE. The chicken had no seasoning, the greens was glory greens and the Mac wasn’t fully cooked. When I put my fork into it, it was still runny. Never will I ever return to this establishment. They have a lot of growth to do

I AM DEFINITELY obsessed with there granny mac bake beans yellow rice twangy wings shrimp , drove a hr in traffic to homestead and my food was still warm enough to eat w/o the microwave ? they never fail i luv
