Statler Waldorf Lounge

Found this to be a great bar that you would happily spend the night in, great selection of drinks and food is of a very high standard.

This restaurant serves delicious and generously sized meals. The lunch options range from soups to sandwiches to hot dishes, all of which are fantastic. The beer garden is beautiful and includes a BBQ during the summer, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a summer evening.

Went back for lunch with my son last Sunday and I have to say the food is still amazing. Well done to all the staff from the security,kitchen,bar and floor staff for a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed a delicious curry with a cool glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Friendly, efficient service.Would highly recommend.

We were staying at the lovely Osprey and having arrived late, we decided to grab a bite to eat in the hotel bar, Statler. It was fairly busy and as there was no seats on the main floor, we sat on one of the upper levels. Husband went to order drinks at the bar as we had been seated a couple of minutes and were given menus told someone would take food and drink order at the table. Menu has lots of options and we went for the Thai curry and pizza. Ordered drinks too and had to wait 20 minutes for them to arrive, not ideal. Food was good and decent portion sizes. No one checked if the food was ok and we twice had to go to the bar to order more drinks. A bit of a shame but as it was near closing time we perhaps didn't get the service we otherwise would have.
