Asian City - Nacogdoches

We visited Asian City on a Sunday, and even though they were busy, the wait wasn’t long at all. The food was decent—not extraordinary, but definitely enjoyable. The building itself was clean, though a bit dated in its decor. What really stood out was the service—fast and friendly, which made the experience much better. Prices were typical for this type of restaurant, so no surprises there. Overall, a solid place to grab a meal if you're in the area.

I've been here multiple times, and the food always hits the spot

My boyfriend and I go here all the time! The sushi is his go to and the chicken fried rice is mine, we normally get clear soup as a starter and by the time we finish our soup we get our food! The waitress is super nice and the service is even nicer. I personally love when waitresses don’t hover over your table and ask how everything is every 3 minutes and Asian city has a great balance of checking in on you. While the restaurant does get busy the wait times are still fairly low. It always warms my heart to see this restaurant get busy because it make me happy seeing such a great restaurant getting the attention it deserves. The restaurants aesthetic is very nice and the water fountain adds great background noise. For us it is also greatly affordable in the world we’re living in. For around five items our bill is almost $40 and the amount of food you get in each portion and how good the food is makes it worth it!

If you're gonna serve warmed up, pre-cooked food and try to pass it off as fresh-cooked, be sure ALL the food is actually HOT. Warm veggies with cold chicken and steak is a taste sensation I normally don't have to pay for.

I love their food. Always have great customer service. An update: still some of the best shrimp with broccoli sushi Ive ever had. A new update:: still amazing. The owner has amazing customer service and the food is always on point!!
