It’s a very old unkept unsanitary building horrible services and needs to be shut down and condemned

You didn't have any buster barsOrdered a LG coke the glass was completely full of ice. Had about 3 drinks of coke.

I drove through this DQ today. The lady at the window with pink braids was very rude and had a bad attitude. She acted like she put out because she had to wait on us. First thing she said was “What are you ordering. Ice cream?” We said we wanted lunch. I ordered nachos with cheese and Jalapeños. She said we are out of cheese. Then we ordered chicken fingers and asked for ketchup. She said we are out of ketchup. We got no napkins with our order either. What DQ runs out of ketchup that is served with almost every meal at DQ? You need new management and workers! Will never return!’

Called to place a to go order for my aunt who is in the hospital and took forever to answer phone and then would not even let me place my order. She said it be 30 to 45 minutes before they could begin to get to me and hung up. This is the second fine this location has turned me away without serving me. First time we to the drive through and they said could not cook anything they changing out the fryer oil. No to a taco no to a burger no to a milk shake no to Sunday. Seems like whom ever manages this store is either MIA or doesn’t wonder why they are taking a loss in revenue. These employees need to be let go. This is unacceptable as a business. Will eat Dairy Queen in Center, TX and not bother at this location again. Truly sad.

SUPER RUDE!!!! Never again will I go there!I didn’t even get what I was asking for before she cut me off and said “we don’t have that!”Why is it on the menu if you don’t have it, and she didn’t need to be so rude and nasty about it. There was an older lady cooking and a younger girl takin drive through orders but they both were wearing headsets. The older lady was telling the girl to tell the people at the drive through that they didn’t have what they were ordering too! Absolutely nasty people that should not be allowed to work with customers.I didn’t even think about ordering anything else after she talked to me like she did
