Insomnia Cookies - Nacogdoches

The cookies at this place are amazing, but they often run short on regular milk (you know, the classic kind, not strawberry or chocolate). I come in about once or twice a week, and they only have regular milk available half the time. I’m not asking for much—I just want some milk to enjoy with my cookies. If they can’t consistently have it in stock, I’ll have to find another spot. After all, this is America!

I typically struggle to express negative opinions, but as someone employed in customer service, I left feeling quite disappointed by the rudeness of one of the staff members. Initially, it felt surreal, almost like a scene from a movie, but as the conversation went on, it became obvious that I wouldn't be coming back. I hope your experience is much better if you choose to visit.

I Placed an order to be delivered for today @5:15 PM. I look at the tracking number only to find that it had been changed to almost a week later @4:30 PM. Not sure if this was a glitch or one of the employees changed it. I decided to call the store to double check the delivery time/date only for them to not answer the phone and an automated message to tell me to send an email to their HQ Customer Service department.

Today I tried to buy a cookie and they refused my cash. I didn't get to try their cookies. Very disappointed.
