Paper thin masala that is easy to chew. It was also delicious, both the simple and dosa version (with potato? filling. Although spicy, absolutely frissable for European taste buds. However, the offered drink cannot recommend. The homemade lemonade is far too sweet. No soft drinks available. (Can not give 5* because they also serve dairy products.
My friend of Kerala said it was authentic South Indian cuisine, so we tried many options on the menu and went back several times to try more. The spicy and dosa were big hits for us.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times. During busy periods, the staff can seem a bit impatient. On one occasion, I was told that I couldn't order rotis because they needed to wait for them, which was odd. The masala dosa is vegan and sometimes they offer vegan curries for the thali platter. The dhal is delicious.
My friend from Kerala recommended this restaurant for authentic South Indian cuisine, so we decided to try out several dishes on the menu. We ended up going back multiple times to sample more items. The spicy dishes and dosas were definite favorites for us.
I have visited this restaurant a few times. Sometimes, the staff can seem a bit impatient when they are busy. On one occasion, I was surprised to be told that I couldn't order rotis because I would have to wait for them, which was a bit odd. However, I was happy to discover that the masala dosa is vegan, and they also have vegan curries available for the thali plate. There seemed to be some confusion among the staff about whether the curries are always vegan or not. The dhal was particularly fantastic. Overall, it was a good experience.
