Caby’s Cabana - Naga

Not a place for everyone but ideal to the right people. Caby's Cabana is a quiet place with only a few customers. Most probably, you can easily find a seat there without any problem whatsoever. The food there is something that they need to improve upon on. The fries that we've ordered were stale and soggy however the Mango shake they've provided me was okay to say it the very least. Their Pancit, was a different story; it was amazing. In short, my experience with their food was plausible. Food 3/5 The staff were friendly however was sloppy with their work. They were lacking enthusiasm with their work which makes them look that were just being forced to do their job. Not a good sign. Customer Handling 2/5 The cleanliness was average. Nothing special. However keep it mind that the temperature, based on my experience, was undesirable. It was hot. Even though the establishment has 3 or 4 air conditioners only 1 was working leaving the whole establishment feeling like an oven. Also not a good sign. A disappointment to say it the very least. Cleanliness and Atmosphere 2/5 Ideal Budget (for one person): Php 150.00 All in all, if you are looking for a quiet place that has a few customers but don't mind the undesirable atmosphere, this is the place togo. However, if there is another place available, go there and avoid this place as much as possible. This is not a good place but only to those select few.

I'm afraid this place is falling behind when it comes to improvements and keeping up with today's trends. I would much rather dine at one of the many newly opened food spots in Naga. It's disappointing, but it seems like the owner has no plans to renovate; nothing has changed since my last visit a few years ago, and the atmosphere feels outdated. The halo halo we were served was quite unappetizing, and the ube was no longer fresh. The rice meal was just okay, but overall, my experience here was unsatisfactory. I get the sense that if things continue this way, they might close down soon. This place really needs some attention to be saved.

The staff is very accommodating, and this used to be my favorite restaurant in Naga City during my university days. The food is great, and it's a nice place to hang out. I used to come here with my coworkers from 6 AM to 6 PM after work, then just go home to freshen up before heading back to work—what a routine! Haha.

The experience here is quite pleasant. The food is good overall, although some dishes could use a bit of improvement.
