Rafabel's Cafe - Naga

As an update six days after the incident, my bank statement shows that I was billed twice by Rafabels, as mentioned earlier. PeeJay B., the Operations Manager at Rafabels VCaceres, claims their accounting records only show one transaction. I have a meeting scheduled, and I plan to bring my printed bank statement to discuss this, as I refuse to pay PHP 4,620 for four cakes (PHP 4,620 being the result of the double charge).

This restaurant offers delicious cakes worth trying. I sampled their Tiramisu and chocolate cheesecake, both of which had a rich, indulgent texture. The flavors were balanced—not too sweet, yet satisfying. If you're looking to break away from the typical cakes found at places like Graceland or Baker's Plaza, Rafabel is an excellent option!

I've always been a fan of Rafabel's cakes, particularly their sans rival and carrot cake. It's a bit disappointing that they don't sell sans rival by the slice. On the positive side, the staff are incredibly accommodating. I ended up stuck outside the cafe for Leni Robredo's campaign rally and have been here for 8 hours, but they never asked us to leave. Rafabel's is truly amazing! Is there any chance they might offer sans rival by the slice in the near future?

I have bad experience in this café. I heard a lot of good things. But when I visited for the first time, my expectations were not met. First, the air-conditioning unit is not working. I am not sure if it is because there are only few customers at the time or it is really defective. Second, I ordered one of their frozen coffee blends. There is nothing special, I have tasted way better from other cafés. Their menu is a bit pricey. I hope they improve their operations and food/beverage experience.

Their Ube Cake fkn slaps! It has the right sweetness and more cakey. I tend to hate cakes that has alot of icing or too sweet but this one is alright for a price (For my birthday cake)
