Ramen Hiiragi - Nagasaki

The tomatenramen are simply extraordinary! I ordered it with a few toppings: chashu, extra auberginen and a boiled egg. I wish that the load was a tad closer to my home

Twice, lunch and dinner. I would say it is the best rammen shop in nagasaki, so good that we visited it twice. the tomaten soup based ramen was the best, rich broth and the noodles are high quality. very busy both in lunch and in the evening meal, so they expect one because wait, but we will wait for that.

Oh, the tomato rays were so delicious, let me think of Italian pasta. perfect with aubergine together!

The tomato ramen with eggplant was incredible. Savory, thick soup with delicious pieces of eggplant and spices. Only paid about ¥800 for one of the most unique and tasty bowls of ramen I’ve ever had.
