予約来店にもかかわらずレジ前で放置プレイ。 店の中は小蝿が飛んでいました。 店の雰囲気はジメジメしている感じ。 うなぎは熱くもなく冷たくもなく、作り置き？ 星ひとつもあげたくない。

鰻はおいしかったです。が、お客さんに気づかないのかこちらから声をかけないと案内してくれないのが私以外にも四組続きました。 そしてコバエが沢山！食欲がなくなりました。案の定、汁物に入りコバエは死骸で浮いていて手をつけれなかったです。食べる際、コバエがつかないようひたすら殺したり手で払ったりと、、もう行かないかな。 飲み物の種類も多いとは言えません。 ソフトドリンクはウーロン茶のみ。

初めての食事で予約をしようと電話をしたところ電話に出た女将と思われる女性の応対が本当に失礼だった。 色々質問してから予約したかったのに向こうから突然『切りますよ』と予約も完了してないのに電話を切られた。
