The best rams I've ever had in Japan. Very well known among the locals in Nagoya. Original shop is in Hongo along the Higashiyama line, therefore the name Hongo-Tei. However, the Meieki site is my personal favorite. Secondly, the store would be in Chikusa. I had all the different flavors and they are all great. My favorite is the Miso Ramen. Big pigs. Standard comes with 2 hearty pieces. You get more if so desired. If in Nagoya, I recommend trying this to your list of spots.

A solid late night of ramen noodle connection. The complete menu can be found on two machines in the restaurant. Insert cash and press the buttons of the food items you want. If you cannot read Japanese, break out the Google Translate app camera and use it to decrypt the words. The left column with the white labels consists mainly of simple broth grass with meat. The second left column is soy sauce broth. The third column is fog broth. The front column with pink labels is the spicy Sichuan width. You will receive a ticket for any item you order. Do not forget to press the finished button to collect your change. Give the tickets for the guys standing behind the counter and sit down. You will soon deliver your order to you.
