The yakitori set I had was the best fake meat I've had in Japan (both texture and flavor). Price was a little high for me to go too often, but not outrageous.
Noribor Cafe is an organic coffee shop with a sleek and modern design. The staff is very friendly, positive, and converses with the little English they know to ensure our needs were met. The cafe also offers soy products and other organic items for sale. The food is absolutely fantastic - we loved the Japanese cutlet bowl and the ramen special. The cutlet bowl came with a delicious white sauce, and the rice was cooked in-house, making it taste much better than the supermarket rice that many restaurants in Japan use. However, the highlight was the ramen special, with its thick and creamy soup and perfectly balanced flavors. Visitors definitely get more than what they pay for at Noribor Cafe.
I visited this restaurant with our friends and we absolutely loved the food! My favorite dish was the fried white thing on the menu, although I'm not sure of its exact name. The sushi was delicious and the fried dishes were also very good. Even my non-vegetarian partner enjoyed everything that was served. The server spoke English fluently and provided great service. I definitely recommend this place!
This hidden gem of a restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegetarian/vegan food in Japan. The small family-owned establishment serves amazing dishes, from cutlets to sushi and ramen, with vegetarian and vegan options available. Whether you're craving Japanese or Western cuisine, this spot has something for everyone. Highly recommended for all plant-based eaters!
