The Nature Shop Karuna - Nagoya

The perfect place to stock up on so many different vegan products at really good prices. There were items I had never seen anywhere else in Japan, even Tokyo, and I was excited to try them. Do watch out because not everything is vegan, it's a vegetarian shop, but if you pay attention to the labels, you'll be fine.

Found so many meat free items I’ve been longing for since arriving in Japan, a really good selection of food, even some things I’d never even seen in England like vegan pheasant! The woman running the shop was really friendly too!

Violife cheese, omnimeat, vegan ice cream, vegan mock meat, gyoza, cutlets, weiners, salmon and shrimp. They also have the more healthfood based products, like TVP and organic/gluten free products. A bit pricey, but way cheaper than importing. Highly recommend.

I buy from this store for amazing soy sausages, soy nuggets, soy hams and hamburgers to Osaka by mail. Shipping free is you order Ore than ¥10000 you can order with your family and friends and just put it in the freezer for your vegan lunch box to office or school!! Highly recommended!!
